Profile Mold
Anodizing
Anodizing typically operates by utilizing direct current in sulfuric acid or oxalic acid electrolytes. Aluminum is thereby transformed into an anode, hence the method is also known as "anodization."
Electrostatic Painting
In our aluminum electrostatic powder coating facility, profiles up to 8 meters in length can be easily painted in the desired colors (RAL color catalog). Electrostatic powder coating refers to the process of applying powder particles of a resin in various colors to aluminum surfaces.
Mechanical Processing
For the production of mechanical processing services, our facilities are equipped with various sizes and dimensions of: CNC machining center 5-axis CNC machining center 9-axis CNC machining center Press and drilling equipment in various sizes. For processes requiring special assembly, you can consult with our engineering team for fast and smooth manufacturing.
Laboratory
Our laboratories are connected to our quality management system to provide a much broader service continuity. We conduct material tests and ongoing sampling processes to meet customer requirements. Detailed reporting is provided to inform about the properties of the products. In our R&D laboratory, studies are carried out to enhance the efficient use of aluminum raw material. In our surface treatment laboratory, over 100 tests can be conducted to verify the accuracy of processes and ensure the surface treatment lifespan of products.
